The Root Cause Protocol

Our services.

  • The RCP

The RCP is the result of years of research and takes a holistic approach to health by addressing how the body's elements interact. Its main goal is to restore balance among key minerals—magnesium, copper, and iron—which support energy and overall vitality.

  • Hair Tissue Mineral Analaysis

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis - HTMA

Minerals play an essential role in supporting life, and imbalances or deficiencies can impact overall wellbeing. Various factors—such as stress, environmental exposures, pollution, and dietary habits—can contribute to mineral imbalances.

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) evaluates key minerals including magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc, and copper. It also detects levels of toxic metals, which may be more prevalent than anticipated, and assesses the body’s efficiency in metabolising these substances. Mineral ratios provide insights into metabolism trends, adrenal and liver function, hormonal balance, and more. Upon interpreting the results, I will develop a personalised plan to facilitate mineral rebalancing.

  • What's the HTMA process?

After you request a HTMA by email, you’ll get instructions on sending your hair sample—remember to check your junk/spam folders if you don't see the reply. Once your sample reaches the lab, I will be notified. It typically takes 10–14 working days for the laboratory results to arrive. You’ll receive these results by email after analysis. I will review your results in detail during a 60-minute Zoom session, and afterward, you’ll get a personalized report based on your hair analysis.

  • What does HTMA record?

    HTMA provides information on:

    - At least 20 minerals
    - Deficiencies, imbalances, and toxicities
    - Dietary issues
    - Carbohydrate tolerance such as low blood sugar
    - Lifestyle imbalances such as stress
    - Gland health especially the adrenals and thyroid
    - Digestive health
    - Toxic metal status suppressed or exposed
    - Psychological and emotional stress

In essence, the HTMA test allows your nutritional plan to be tailored to your unique requirements.
